Who We Are

We created The Shifted Mindset to make healing and growth not just possible, but accessible, sustainable, and real for everyone.

We provide people with tools, language, and practices that strengthen connection, increase understanding, and inspire real change in the places we live, learn, work, and gather. Our approach centers on being trauma-informed and resilience-focused. This means we recognize the impact of life experiences while supporting intentional growth and the development of skills to be able to move forward. Drawing on experience in systems thinking, education, and community engagement, we combine big-picture strategies with practical methods to build communities and systems where everyone can thrive.
